The JEIQ is a 17-item Likert-type questionnaire on which married men and women indicate the level of justification they would feel having an extramarital relationship under a variety of conditions.
The FBL was first developed as a 6-item questionnaire measuring perceived likability and enjoyment of each other within a loving relationship and was later expanded to a 9-item measure.
