The SEFQ is a 40-item Likert-type questionnaire to be completed by parents in order to measure their actions in the home. The SEFQ was based off of a previous questionnaire, the Family Expressiveness Questionnaire (FEQ) from 1986.
The WFC is a 14-item Likert-type questionnaire that measures the conflicts experienced by workers regarding interactions with families and significant others, and which are caused by pressures and demands placed on employees by their jobs.
