The MIS is a 31-item Likert-type evaluation designed to assess self-reports of connectedness maintained by late adolescents and young adults with the families in which they were reared.
The SEFQ is a 40-item Likert-type questionnaire to be completed by parents in order to measure their actions in the home. The SEFQ was based off of a previous questionnaire, the Family Expressiveness Questionnaire (FEQ) from 1986.
